OPPORTUNITY Chelsea Property Group (CPGI), a Simon Company, is the world's largest owner and operator of manufacturers' outlet centers. Squeaky was asked to redesign and develop a more robust technology infrastructure that will enhance the user experience for Chelsea’s loyal and growing fan base.
SOLUTION In order to synchronize all offline and online marketing efforts, Squeaky updated content to tie into the new print and TV creative, and site structure elements such as navigation and layout were updated to allow users to effortlessly scan through the site. To create more engaging content for the user a new blog–type section was added to the home page to highlight Sales of the Day, Shopping Experiences, and VIP Lounge Best Offers. Knowing that content is constantly evolving on the site Squeaky also modified the tools residing in the admin system so that Chelsea personnel could continue to easily manage sections of its site that are controlled by the CMS. In addition, a YouTube channel was implemented to easily allow filtering of videos to the site and to extend the reach of the online community.
