OPPORTUNITY When NY Waterway engaged Squeaky, the company was in a process of re-evaluating the way it spoke to consumers. The Web was a big piece of the puzzle. With three distinct business areas each with very different audiences, the challenge was directing visitors to their areas of concern and providing them clear information once there. Additionally, the site needed to introduce all riders to the full range of services that NY Waterway offers.

SOLUTION Squeaky developed a gateway page that divided the contents into those for commuters, tourists and special events. The commuter section emphasizes speed and efficiency of use, while the tourist and event pages are more promotional. The new site offers an experience in line with the civilized nature of riding the NY Waterway.
