OPPORTUNITY T.J. MAXX, one of the largest and leading department stores in America, wanted to launch a site around their Fall Promotion. Understanding that T.J. MAXX is recognized for offering brand name clothing and products at an affordable price, Squeaky was chosen to create an interactive experience that was consistent to the brands strong customer service.

SOLUTION In order to fully enhance the user experience, Squeaky developed a site dedicated to listening and responding to T.J. MAXX's loyal community. Implementing a blog Q&A format, the website opens the dialogue with T.J. MAXX consumers, offering tips and advice on affordable fashion. To support the website, Squeaky also implemented a national promotion sweepstakes.
