He currently works as the Executive Director of the Access Psychology Foundation, and previously worked for the Jackie Robinson Foundation and Prep for Prep. Damian has proudly spent his professional career working at the intersection of corporate engagement, leadership development, diversity, recruiting, and partnership building.
