Squeaky immersed itself in the Pier Village vision to craft a design that feels warm, welcoming, and refined—balancing coastal elegance with an inclusive sense of community. High-impact photography and video take center stage, showcasing the oceanfront setting and amenities to attract renters, businesses, and visitors alike. An expanded coastal-inspired color palette—blues, turquoises, greens, and sandy neutrals—reinforces the waterfront lifestyle while establishing a clear visual hierarchy and elevating the overall brand presence.

The user experience was intentionally designed to be clean, intuitive, and visually led. Clear navigation allows visitors to quickly access key information, while interactive elements—subtle animations, sliders, and hover states add polish and engagement without distraction. Every interaction was thoughtfully built to ensure an inclusive and seamless experience for all users.

To support long-term usability, Squeaky also ensured the Pier Village team could confidently manage content and software updates in-house. With an intuitive CMS and full autonomy over the site, the team can continuously evolve the digital experience to support business goals and the neighborhood’s ongoing growth.
