STRATEGY

Savoy partners with brokers and carriers to deliver a full suite of health and benefits solutions—and with over 35 years of industry expertise, they’re redefining how employers approach health insurance. To translate that leadership into a high-performing digital experience, Squeaky partnered with Savoy to develop a data-driven UX strategy designed to move users from insight to action.

 

Through deep discovery and research—including stakeholder interviews, broker surveys, focus groups, analytics, and experience mapping—Squeaky uncovered the motivations, behaviors, and pain points of Savoy’s core audience. These insights informed clearly defined user personas, optimized user flows, and a streamlined information architecture. The result: a strategic blueprint that guided wireframes and ensured the website was purpose-built to drive engagement, clarity, and conversion.

DESIGN

Squeaky delivered a responsive digital experience built for speed, clarity, and seamless cross-device access—ensuring brokers can quickly access essential tools and information anytime, anywhere. A flexible design system scales with Savoy’s growing platform, extending the brand through consistent visual and interaction patterns that simplify complex information. Savoy’s extensive content was refined and centralized into a personalized dashboard, making high-impact insights easy to find and even easier to act on.

DEVELOPMENT

ENTERPRISE CMS

Squeaky implemented Kentico CMS to give Savoy’s marketing team full ownership of their digital platform—eliminating day-to-day reliance on internal technology resources. Leveraging Kentico’s widgets, WYSIWYG tools, and custom modules, the CMS enables rapid content updates while preserving visual consistency and performance. Configured to balance flexibility with brand governance, the platform allows teams to update, publish, and scale content with confidence.

 

CUSTOMIZED MARKETING MATERIALS

To further empower brokers and strengthen client relationships, Squeaky developed a powerful customization tool for Savoy’s marketing materials. This solution enables brokers to easily personalize and brand a wide range of assets—including PDFs, presentations, and imagery—tailored to their own clients.

 

CONTENT MIGRATION

Savoy’s legacy site housed more than a decade of critical data and thousands of content assets. Squeaky developed custom migration modules mapped directly to the new database, enabling a phased and controlled migration process. This allowed Savoy to modernize its content ecosystem—reviewing, refining, and retiring outdated assets while preserving high-value content.
